Lexi Dudoit
Certified Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner MSN, AGPCNP-C, CANS
Lexi has been in Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery for more than a decade. Starting her cosmetic injection career with a prominent Plastic Surgeon in Bellevue, Washington, her artistic talent was quickly discovered.
Lexi prides herself on creating lasting relationships with her clients and enhancing their natural beauty. Each face is unique and each service is tailored to meet the needs of the individual.
Due to her skill sets and continued education, Lexi has grown into a top 500 injector in the Nation. Holding the highest certificate an injector may receive: Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) from the Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Board (PSNCB). Safety is always Lexi’s number one priority with aesthetic medical procedures as well as staying up to date with the ever changing industry. She believes in aging gracefully and always strives for her clients to “look rested, not injected”.
Lexi has been selected as a National Trainers for Allergan Medical Institute. Being chosen to represent Allergan as a trainer is a testament to Lexi’s expertise, skill and dedication in the field of Aesthetic medicine.

I am excited to join the COA team as a Nurse Provider in my hometown of Bend, Oregon. With a background in facial plastic surgery and extensive experience in injectables, I am passionate about combining artistry and precision to enhance natural beauty. My expertise in facial anatomy allows me to provide safe, effective treatments tailored to each patient’s unique features. Committed to excellence, I continuously expand my knowledge through advanced training and hands-on education.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, making the most of Bend’s sunshine and outdoor lifestyle.
Chloe Lindsey
Advanced Esthetician
Chloe Lindsey is a born and raised Alaskan who followed her passion for skincare and medical aesthetics. She graduated from the Southwest Institute of Natural Aesthetics and holds certifications in Advanced Skincare and Cosmetic Laser. Chloe has worked in Nevada, Colorado, and Oregon, and she furthered her education at Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics in Tigard, Oregon. Her goal is to provide customized treatment plans and exceptional results for her clients. Chloe values continuing education to offer the latest treatments. On her days off, she enjoys exploring Central Oregon with her fiancé Mark and her dog Bindi. She is so excited to meet you!
Gen Gallagher
Office Coordinator
Gen Gallagher was born and raised on the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska where she enjoyed many of the outdoor activities Alaska has to offer. After graduating from high school, Gen moved to Eugene, Oregon where she attended Lane Community College and the University of Oregon. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Communication from UO, with a focus on Public Relations. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her fiancé Keenan and dog Royce, skiing, reading a good book, cooking, and having a beer at a local brewery.
